Dr Laura Wyness is a Registered Nutritionist and author of Eating Well for Menopause. She has almost 20 years’ experience working in academic research, nutrition policy and food innovation.
Several years ago, Laura started her own Nutrition Consultancy providing workplace wellness talks, online nutrition consultations and nutrition research and writing services.
In recent years, much of her work has focused on supporting women around midlife and menopause, helping women prepare for and navigate through menopause, whilst also encouraging a healthy relationship with food.
Lisa Strutt is a leadership coach who has coached thousands of leaders from business, military, elite sports, public and third sector organisations.
She especially focuses on leaders who are navigating significant transitions: promotion, redundancy, career pivots, country moves, bereavement, health challenges, retirement, business growth, mergers and business exit. She believes wholeheartedly in serving her clients in ways that enable them to look to the future, create a legacy and know that their contribution is worthwhile.

Previously she was the BBC’s Environment correspondent, presenting on national and international BBC radio and television, winning awards across the world. After leaving the corporation, she held leadership roles in various sectors including utilities and agriculture. In 2021 Sarah was awarded an MBE for her services to agriculture and farmer well-being.
