* Micro-recovery moments…throughout the day
90 seconds of breathing: breathe in for 4 and out for 8 for a few breaths, then let your breath settle and focus on the rise and fall of your belly.
Take a walk without your phone. A lunch break outside. Deep breathe while making your coffee. Intentional pauses protect your capacity.
* Check your quadrant.
Ask: Where am I today – burnout, survival, recharge, or thriving?
What would move me one step up?
